True wellbeing is about more than just mindset – it’s about feeling strong, balanced and confident at every stage of life.
That’s why we’re thrilled to be partnering with Leah Dunthorne—a highly experienced strength & movement coach, sports rehabilitator, and trainee Feldenkrais practitioner—to a unique and empowering programme designed especially for women aged 40 and over.
Through practical sessions, expert guidance, and accessible resources, this strength and balance series helps women reconnect with their bodies, build physical resilience, and feel more confident in how they move—whether they’re just starting out or already active.
Midlife brings changes – and with the right support, those changes can be a time of strength, energy, and confidence. Our programme gives employees the tools to adapt how they move and look after their bodies, helping them feel good, stay active, and bring their best selves to work and life.
This six-week online series is designed to meet people exactly where they are, with one 30–45 minute session each week, covering:
Each week focuses on a different area of physical wellbeing and includes both practical movement sessions and education that empowers employees to become their own coach.
As part of the programme, employees gain exclusive access to a live 30–45 minute online panel to mark World Menopause Day (October 18th).
The panel brings together leading women’s health experts to provide practical guidance and answer key questions about menopause, movement, and wellbeing.
